Softball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short

Robinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Central Cabarrus Vikings. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 17-6 to the Vikings when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Robinson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Central Cabarrus, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Central Cabarrus beat Robinson by a score of 13-2 later that day.
