The New Knoxville Rangers can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They snuck past Houston with a 38-32 victory. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory New Knoxville has managed all season.

Brynn Egbert was the offensive standout of the game as she scored eight points along with 12 rebounds and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Addi Albers, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.

New Knoxville's win bumped their record up to 2-12. As for Houston, they bumped their record down to 5-8 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Knoxville the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Spencerville at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th. Houston will take on Riverside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverside is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
