Basketball Game Preview: Paideia Pythons vs. Christian Heritage Lions

The Paideia Pythons will square off against the Christian Heritage Lions on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Paideia is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They blew past Savannah Country Day 66-43.

Meanwhile, Christian Heritage waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with 17 straight wins... but they left with 18. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Caliphs 75-43. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 25 points or more this season.

Christian Heritage pushed their record up to 25-1 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.4 points over those games. As for Paideia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season.
