Softball Recap: Melba Find Success

Melba won the last time they faced Marsing and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Mustangs walked away with a 14-10 victory over the Huskies. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Kyla Harris was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Atack, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Melba's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Marsing, their loss dropped their record down to 13-11.

Melba didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 17-14 victory against Grangeville on the 10th. Marsing does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
