Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rains). They blew past the Chico Dragons, posting a 97-38 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 28 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Chico still got an impressive performance from Jordan Weiland, who posted 21 points along with eight boards and four steals. Weiland is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Rains, bringing their record for this year to 9-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.7 points per game. As for Chico, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Rains didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-56 loss against Community on the 17th. Chico has also already played their next contest, a 63-54 win against Archer City on the 17th.
