Football Recap: Keyontae Wingo Key Part of Team Effort in Trojans Win + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Chase, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They came out on top against the Blacksburg Wildcats by a score of 28-20 on Friday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chase to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keyontae Wingo, who rushed for 87 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Darin Tipton, who threw for 185 yards and a pair of TDs.

The victory got Chase back to even at 1-1. As for Blacksburg, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Chase will welcome Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Blacksburg, they will head out on the road to square off against Union County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
