Softball Game Preview: Fairview Panthers vs. Rosepine Eagles

Fairview is 0-3 against Rosepine since March of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Fairview Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Rosepine Eagles at 5:00 p.m.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Monday. Fairview fell just short of Buckeye by a score of 9-8. Fairview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rosepine, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let Pickering get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Thursday.

Fairview's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Rosepine, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Fairview might still be hurting after the 15-0 defeat they got from Rosepine in their previous meeting back in April of 2016. Can Fairview avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
