Baseball Recap: Butler Comes Up Short

Butler was the 4-0 winner over Warsaw when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears lost 13-3 to the Wildcats on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bears have suffered against the Wildcats since April 16, 2019.

Butler's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Warsaw, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Butler has already played their next match (against La Monte), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Warsaw, they have also already played their next game, a 12-3 victory against Sherwood on the 16th.
