Volleyball Recap: Owen-Withee Comes Up Short

Owen-Withee was the 3-2 winner over Gilman when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Blackhawks fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Owen-Withee's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Gilman, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-14.

Owen-Withee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Stanley-Boyd on the 14th. Gilman has also already played their next matchup (against Flambeau), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
