Basketball Game Preview: Mandarin Mustangs vs. ED White Commanders

The Mandarin Mustangs just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the ED White Commanders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Monday, Mandarin earned a 57-48 win over KIPP Bold City. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Greyhounds: they've now won three in a row.

Mandarin found their leader in freshman Enzo Lee, who posted 22 points. Another player making a difference was Armauni Ramsay, who scored seven points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, ED White didn't have too much trouble with Baldwin on Friday as they won 69-51.

The win got Mandarin back to even at 1-1. As for ED White, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Mandarin came out on top in a nail-biter against ED White in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, sneaking past 80-78. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Commanders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
