Baseball Recap: Grandview Comes Up Short

Grandview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 9-5 to the Pasco Bulldogs.

Grandview saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jose Herrera, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Those two hits gave Herrera a new career-high. Jojo Mora also deserves some recognition as he got his first hits of the season.

Grandview's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Pasco, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Grandview will take on Kiona-Benton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pasco, they will challenge Walla Walla at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
