Volleyball Recap: Turlock Takes a Loss

Turlock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pitman Pride. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pride this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Turlock's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Pitman, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Turlock will square off against Modesto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pitman, they will take on Downey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
