Berryhill skates past Stigler with ease

Recap: Berryhill Chiefs vs. Stigler Panthers

The Berryhill Chiefs waltzed into Friday's matchup with three straight wins but they left with four. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Stigler 42-14 at home. 42 seems to be a good number for Berryhill as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Dalton Barrington continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 142 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. Barrington is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last four games he's played. Connor Payne was another key contributor, throwing for 140 yards and a touchdown.

Although Stigler took the loss, they still got scores from Mckade Peery and Houston Perry.

Berryhill's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Stigler, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Berryhill will take on Seminole at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Stigler, they will be playing at home against Checotah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Oklahoma (Checotah is ranked 82nd, while Stigler is ranked 105th).
