Soccer Recap: Denver East Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Denver East can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Legacy Lightning on Tuesday. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Denver East couldn't quite close it out.

Denver East's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3-3. As for Legacy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2-2.

Denver East does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Legacy, they will square off against Ralston Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
