Cal Forster Drops League-Best Effort on Saturday

Starting off the list is Cabarrus S's Cal Forster, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Forster's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 127 rushing yards dating back to last season. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Cabarrus S pushed their record up to 3-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Forster and Cabarrus S will welcome Greenville H at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Tyrie Prejean Makes It Two for Cabarrus S

Keeping Forster company is Tyrie Prejean, a fellow Cabarrus S player. He rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 54 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

This season, Prejean has run in 3 touchdowns while averaging 49.6 rushing yards per game.

Combee Posts Huge Game in 42-6 Victory

Georgia Force Christian picked up their seventh consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Wade Combee. Nobody could stop Combee as he picked up 160 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up two sacks and making two total tackles.

Georgia Force Christian's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Combee and Georgia Force Christian are on the road again on Saturday to play South Carolina S at 4:00 p.m.

Georgia Force Christian Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Randall Fanning

Randall Fanning's big game helped extend Georgia Force Christian's winning streak to seven on Saturday. Fanning was unstoppable, throwing for 320 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.4 yards per attempt, and also punching in a rushing score.

On the season, Fanning has thrown 17 touchdowns while averaging 221.3 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to four.

He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making three total tackles.

On the year, Mallory has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 31.7 rushing yards per game.
