Soccer Recap: Southern Cayuga Starts Season with Win Against Tioga

Southern Cayuga took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They never let the Tioga Tigers get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory. It was an even better day for Braxton Young as he scored seven goals for his team.

Looking ahead, Southern Cayuga is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Bishop Ludden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tioga, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Odessa-Montour at 4:30 p.m. on September 12.
