On Monday Big Spring's undefeated season almost came to an end. They had just enough and edged out the Shippensburg Greyhounds 6-4. Those six runs were actually the fewest the Bulldogs have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Big Spring's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Shippensburg, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Big Spring will welcome Susquenita at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shippensburg, they will challenge Greencastle-Antrim at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
