Basketball Recap: Union Has No Trouble Against Mapleton

On Thursday, the Union Bobcats didn't have too much trouble with the Mapleton Sailors as they won 56-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Union's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Mapleton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Union will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Nyssa at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Mapleton, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mohawk at 5:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
