Soccer Recap: Houston Takes a Loss

Houston lost to Mooreville back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hilltoppers lost 7-1 to the Troopers.

Houston has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Mooreville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Coming up, Houston will venture away from home to square off against Itawamba Agricultural at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mooreville, they will welcome Shannon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
