Cariaga came up big in Onalaska's 55-28 victory
On Friday Mary Joy Cariaga made a splash, almost dropping a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds. It looks like she has Trinity's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them, too. As if that's not impressive enough, the matchup was her third in a row with three or more steals. For the season, Cariaga has averaged 16.4 points, 5.5 steals, and 6 rebounds per game.
Cariaga and Onalaska will head out on the road to square off against the Longhorns at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Onalaska got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Longhorns, probably because Cariaga had a solid game then too: she dropped a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds.
