Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Eli Stepp stepped things up a notch to give Independence the 'W'. Stepp wasn't messing around, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The match was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Stepp and Independence are taking a road trip to square off against Coahoma County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
