Basketball Recap: Akron-Westfield Takes a Loss

Akron-Westfield was the 46-39 winner over Gehlen Catholic when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Akron-Westfield Westerners fell to the Gehlen Catholic Jays 49-45.

Akron-Westfield's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Gehlen Catholic, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-11.

As of now, neither Akron-Westfield nor Gehlen Catholic have any future games scheduled.
