Carlsbad will be home for the holidays to greet Mission Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mission Hills will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 337th, while Carlsbad is ranked 24th). As for Del Norte, they will head out on the road to face off against Torrey Pines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Torrey Pines knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully Del Norte likes a good challenge.
