Gaston Christian won the last time they faced SouthLake Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. Gaston Christian walked away with a 3-1 win over SouthLake Christian Academy.

Gaston Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-23, 25-20, 25-17.

Gaston Christian was led to victory by Peyton Hunsucker and Hayden Parsons. Hunsucker had 14 assists and eight digs, while Parsons had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces Parsons has posted since September 5th.

Gaston Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for SouthLake Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.
