After only eight points in their last game, Schalmont made sure to put some points up on the board against Scotia-Glenville on Friday. The Sabres enjoyed a cozy 35-21 victory over the Tartans. That's more bragging rights for the Sabres, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Schalmont back to even at 1-1. As for Scotia-Glenville, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Schalmont will take on rival Averill Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Scotia-Glenville is set to square off against their familiar foe Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
