Soccer Recap: Wayne Country Day Takes a Loss

Wayne Country Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Arendell Parrott Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in March.

Wayne Country Day's record is now 1-9-2. As for Arendell Parrott Academy, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-11.

Looking ahead, Wayne Country Day will square off against Wayne Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arendell Parrott Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on John Paul II Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on the 29th.
