The Kingsway Christian Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their 12th straight loss. They suffered a tough 56-31 loss at the hands of Ridgewood. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Kingsway Christian in their matchups with Ridgewood: they've now lost three in a row.

Kingsway Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eli Owens, who scored eight points. JT Bischoff was another key contributor, scoring seven points.

Kingsway Christian's loss was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-13. As for Ridgewood, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.

Kingsway Christian will take on Senedot Stripes at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Senedot Stripes comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Ridgewood and Indian Valley will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Indian Valley presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Ridgewood in Ohio (Indian Valley is ranked 161st, while Ridgewood is ranked 772nd).
