Volleyball Recap: Brunswick's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Brunswick lost against Lowndes back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. The loss put an end to the Pirates' undefeated start to the season.

While Brunswick was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-23.

Having lost for the first time this season, Brunswick fell to 3-1.

Brunswick will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Pierce County at 1:30 p.m. As for Lowndes, they will face off against Houston County at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
