Recap: Grafton vs. Homestead
Homestead won the last time they faced Grafton, and things went their way on Friday, too. Everything went Homestead's way against Grafton as they made off with a 43-13 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Homestead.
Homestead's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 43 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Grafton couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 43-0 heading into the break. Homestead were outperformed in the second half 0-13 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the game. The victory bumped their record up to 2-0. The loss dropped Grafton's record to 2-0.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Homestead take on East at 7:00 PM. East had less luck in their last contest and are out to reverse Homestead's good fortune. As for Grafton, they will face off against Whitefish Bay.
