Basketball Recap: Pleasant Hope Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Pleasant Hope entered their contest against Early on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Pleasant Hope Pirates fell to the Early Panthers 53-49. The Pirates were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 56-49.

Pleasant Hope's loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5. As for Early, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-10.

Pleasant Hope will face off against Crane at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Early, they will venture away from home to face off against Spokane at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
