Pebblebrook is 9-1 against Campbell since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Falcons will challenge the Spartans at 7:30 p.m.

Pebblebrook fought the good fight in their overtime game against Paulding County on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 30-22 to the Patriots.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Campbell, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 36-24 win over Osborne on Friday. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 174th, while the Cardinals are ranked 357th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Pebblebrook better keep an eye on Nick Buggs. He was instrumental in Campbell's win, rushing for 56 yards and one score on only five carries, while also picking up 42 receiving yards.

Pebblebrook's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Campbell, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Pebblebrook won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in November of 2024, slipping by Campbell 14-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
