Nick Churak looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
On the hitting side, Ryan Fostiak was incredible, getting on base in all six of his plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. He has become a key player for Wauconda: the team is 9-3 when he posts at least two runs, but 7-8 otherwise.
