Volleyball Recap: Berean Academy Comes Up Short

Berean Academy lost against Sedgwick back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Berean Academy was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 16 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16.

Berean Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7-1. As for Sedgwick, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Berean Academy beat the Cardinals by a score of 2-1 later that day.
