Volleyball Recap: Independence Takes a Loss

The Independence Mustangs came up short against the Kennedy Cougars on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Independence's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Kennedy, they pushed their record up to 13-9 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Independence didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Davenport West on the 27th. As for Kennedy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Williamsburg on the 27th.
