Volleyball Recap: Mt. Madonna Takes a Loss

Mt. Madonna saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the San Jose Bulldogs. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Corwyn Harris paced Mt. Madonna's offense, picking up nine kills. Harris got some help from Minami Wu and her 13 assists. Cadence Bar controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Mt. Madonna's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for San Jose, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Mt. Madonna has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Priory on the 27th. San Jose has also already played their next match (against Pacific Bay Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
