Volleyball Recap: Buhler Comes Up Short

Buhler lost against Northwest back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Crusaders fell 2-0 to the Grizzlies. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Buhler might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Northwest: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-22.

Among those leading the charge was Reese Johnson, who had nine digs and one assist.

Buhler's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Northwest, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3.

Buhler wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Andover Central on the 27th. As for Northwest, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Eisenhower on the 27th.
