Preview: All Saints Episcopal Trojans vs. East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers

After both having extra time off, the All Saints Episcopal Trojans and the East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 12:00 p.m. on December 29th. All Saints Episcopal will be strutting in after a win while East Texas Homeschool Sports will be coming in after a defeat.

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, All Saints Episcopal brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They blew past Tyler Classical Academy 56-3 on the road. That 56-3 margin sets a new team best for All Saints Episcopal this season.

All Saints Episcopal's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ceci Torres, who scored 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Torres has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kayla De Campos, who scored 18 points.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 59-23, which was the final score in East Texas Homeschool Sports' tilt against Pittsburg on December 8th. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points East Texas Homeschool Sports has scored all season.

All Saints Episcopal's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for East Texas Homeschool Sports, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

All Saints Episcopal won a contest that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in December of 2022, slipping by East Texas Homeschool Sports 45-44.
