Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Summit). They blew past the Page Patriots 16-10 on Tuesday. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six  runs or more this season.
The team  relied heavily on  Audrey Cathey, who  fired off four  doubles, three  runs,  and four  RBI while going 4-for-4. Those  four  hits gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Saniya Hunter, who  went 3-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI.
 Cathey wasn't the only one making solid contact: Summit  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 19  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
Summit is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Page,  with the  loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Summit will head out to  challenge Centennial  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Spartans are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on  a  five-game losing streak. As for Page, they will venture away from home to  take on Nolensville  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1  runs per game  this season, so the Patriots' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
