Wall Township dropped their record down to 6-4 on Thursday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 15-0 to the Donovan Catholic Griffins. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Crimson Knights were not able to get on the board.

As for Donovan Catholic, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 12-0. The result was nothing new for the Griffins, who have now won ten matches by six runs or more so far this season.

For Donovan Catholic's part, they let Christina Ginex and Jaelynn Nunez run wild. Ginex went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Nunez got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Isabella Maria was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Coming up, Wall Township will square off against Raritan at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets' pitching crew has only allowed 2.3 runs per game this season, so the Crimson Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Donovan Catholic, they will challenge Central Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
