They took a blow against the Ridge View Raptors, falling 92-11. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 356th, while the Raptors are ranked 29th).

Storm Lake St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Ridge View, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.

Storm Lake St. Mary has already played their next contest, an 83-19 loss against Newell-Fonda on the 21st. As for Ridge View, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 70-19 win against Siouxland Christian on the 21st.
