Volleyball Game Preview: Canton Little Giants vs. East Peoria Raiders + Official Tickets

Canton is 0-10 against East Peoria since September of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Little Giants will face off against the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Wednesday, Canton came up short against Morton and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-7.

Meanwhile, East Peoria didn't have quite enough to beat Rantoul on Monday and fell 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, East Peoria sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-22, 13-25, 25-22.

East Peoria's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Canton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.

Canton couldn't quite get it done against East Peoria in their previous meeting back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Little Giants avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
