SouthWest Edgecombe has gone 8-2 against North Pitt recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Wolfe pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in seven consecutive appearances. At bat, Bell got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run, while Wolfe earned two runs and two stolen bases. That's the most runs Wolfe has posted since back in March.

SouthWest Edgecombe always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .690. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, North Pitt lost 12-4 to North Lenoir on Friday.

SouthWest Edgecombe's record now sits at 15-2. As for North Pitt, their loss dropped their record down to 1-15.

Everything went SouthWest Edgecombe's way against North Pitt in their previous matchup back in March, as SouthWest Edgecombe made off with a 13-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
