Brooks posted their closest victory since September 20th on Saturday. They skirted past the Rogers Pirates 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 25-21 back in August.

Brylee Harrison paced Brooks' offense, picking up 13 kills. Harrison got some help from Emma Keeton and her 12 assists. Harrison was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

This is the second loss in a row for Brooks and nudges their season record down to 12-23. As for Rogers, their loss dropped their record down to 6-18.

Brooks has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Central on the 4th. As for Rogers, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Lauderdale County on the 4th.
