Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask College View Academy). They strolled past the Parkview Christian Patriots with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 61-47. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Patriots back in December of 2024, they had to take a 59-53 defeat.

Despite the loss, Parkview Christian had strong showings from Harlem Mcginnis, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 18 points and four steals, and Tairren Scott, who posted 17 points and five assists. That's the most points Mcginnis has posted since back in December of 2024.

College View Academy has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Parkview Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Looking ahead, College View Academy will take on Tournament Opponent at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Parkview Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cedar Bluffs at 7:30 p.m.
