Volleyball Recap: Campbell Takes a Loss

Campbell lost against Bernie on September 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Camels took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mules.

Leading Bernie to victory were Kalli Mason and Blair Pleimling. Mason had ten digs and two aces, while Pleimling hit 80% for eight kills and four aces and one block. That's the most aces Pleimling has posted since back in August.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for Bernie, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6-1.

Campbell has already played their next contest (against Gideon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bernie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against North Pemiscot on the 27th.
