St. Marys put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Holton Wildcats as the St. Marys Bears made off with a 63-37 victory. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 26 points or more this season.

Holton's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brody Meyer, who posted seven points. Another player making a difference was Brayden Peek, who scored nine points and six rebounds.

St. Marys' win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Holton, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

St. Marys will square off against Rock Creek on Thursday. One thing working in St. Marys' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. As for Holton, they will take on Marysville in a tournament on Thursday.
