Basketball Recap: School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Comes Up Short

School for Entrepreneurship & Technology suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 74-50 to the Hilltop Lancers. The Lions lost against the Lancers in their previous head to head back in December of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 65-18 score last time.

Hilltop had a senior duo take command as Isma Hasani almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine steals and Roman Miramontes went 6-for-10 en route to 15 points and seven rebounds. Miramontes also set a new season-high mark in shooting accuracy with 60%. Bryson Grant was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to five boards and three steals.

School for Entrepreneurship & Technology now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hilltop, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, School for Entrepreneurship & Technology will be playing at home against Southern California Yeshiva at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th. As for Hilltop, they will head out to take on O'Farrell Charter at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
