Volleyball Recap: Laguna Beach Takes a Loss

Laguna Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Notre Dame Tigers.

Laguna Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Notre Dame, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Laguna Beach will be taking part in a tournament against La Habra at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Notre Dame, they will head out on the road to face off against Carlmont at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
