Basketball Recap: LaSalle-Peru Comes Up Short

LaSalle-Peru was the 57-50 winner over Minooka when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers came up short against the Minooka Indians on Tuesday, falling 70-48.

LaSalle-Peru's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Minooka, their win bumped their record up to 15-12.

Looking ahead, LaSalle-Peru will head out on the road to face off against Rochelle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Minooka, they will welcome Oswego at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Minooka is facing Oswego at the right time seeing as Oswego is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
