Basketball Game Preview: Crossings Christian Knights vs. Heritage Hall Chargers

The Crossings Christian Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Heritage Hall Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Crossings Christian is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games.

Last Friday, Crossings Christian didn't have too much trouble with Newcastle as they won 71-56. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked third, while the Racers are ranked 111th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heritage Hall). They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Casady 79-76. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Cyclones: they've now won four in a row.

Crossings Christian pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points over those games. As for Heritage Hall, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Everything came up roses for Crossings Christian against Heritage Hall in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 75-47 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crossings Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
